Hotel with a so called."3.5 Star rating" with upfront robbery of 5 star Price at a 1 star customer service!

CONS:
->Reception/Lobby, or ACTUALLY A Gift shop with a Reception area spot!
->There was a water problem but would not even give 1 bottle of water for each guest, 2 bottles for 3 guests and its a hot day!!!
->No one ever clean our room, the carpet is sticky!
-> I was in the middle of packing for our departure, since the day before no one cleaned the room, so at least someone can bring 4 laundry bags to the room, " no one is available to take them," no one is still in housekeeping". ( 7:30 am)
Are you kidding me, this is a $650 per night suite (inc, taxes) and no housekeeping personnel and no change of linen, no cleaning the day before?
->Lying is very serious; we booked for an upper floor King Suite with sofa Bed. I changed it to 2 queen size bed on the lower floor since I was told while we were still on the way that the " The elevator ONLY operates up to our floor and does NOT go on the upper floor, only the stairway is the only way to go up,so since my husband has mobility issue I said I will take the ower floor " So my normally skeptical self, trusted the staff, downgraded my accommodation at the upgraded price, only to find out on the day of out departure that the elevator goes to the upper floor as well (they call it 2nd but actually its literally the third floor)
