"Esta dentro de la muralla, el Elevador no es nuevo, pero funciona. Los baños están renovados. La regadera les quedo muy alta y mal orientada, pero si se puede bañar uno, si mides al menos 1.60m. No hay desayuno incluido en tarifa y hay una cafetería propia del hotel donde se puede desayunar lo básico y bien."

"El servicio del staff fue increíble desde el check in, con recomendaciones incluidas, la experiencia con los alimentos en el restaurante no fue la mejor, sin embargo eso no demerita, lo excelente que fue nuestra estadia, volver a Ávila y sin duda hospedarme en este lugar"

"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient restaruant right off the lobbby. Room was spacious and quiet. Location rithg off main square where there was lively activity and entertainment. Only draw back was no aircoditioning and it was 89' during our stay. I would definately return"
