The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"We rented this property for 3 nights, but only stayed one night and then had to rent a hotel for the other two nights. This property has bedbugs. BEDBUGS!! The property manager refused to refund my money and VRBO was no help at all. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but I’ve never had to deal with bedbugs before either."

"Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Der Zugang geht über eine Art Hühnerleiter. Ebenso zu zwei Schlafzimmern. Zu acht nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Bei schlechtem Wetter schlecht. Einen Garten haben wir nicht gefunden. Ein Bad ist einfach zu wenig. War aber alles sauber. Die Lage ist okay. Mit Bus und Bahn ca. eine Stunde ins Zentrum. Da wir Traumwetter hatten war es aber ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Dankeschön"

"Die Unterkunft ist minimal ausgestattet es ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage war super! Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Bars alles in Fußnähe. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!"
