"The welcome was lovely, facilities clean. They held my bag for me while I checked out and walked around before actually leaving. I stayed in room 205 and there was a really loud noise the entire time. Sounded like a non stop dishwasher/washing machine next door. I don't actually know what it was. Since I was there for one night I didn't say anything but under normal circumstances would have absolutely switched rooms. I'd stay there again. "

"Was my very first trip to Spain and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating as I speak barely any spanish(only know a few words). It was very clean as well!! "

"Place was close to the city center and the plaza. It was walking distance to many dining options and quaint shops. Great location and beautiful architecture. There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. You have to arrange it in advance if you need to go farther than you are willing to walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable."
