(Schlüsselcodes, WLAN-Schlüssel, Toilettenpapier…) Zudem wird die obere Etage aktuell renoviert, was den Urlaub weniger entspannend macht. "Wir waren eine Woche im April im Ferienhaus mit 2 Familien und 1 Hund. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, auch wenn es schon die ein oder andere Macke hat. Das Grundstück ist einfach super toll und die Lage in Seenähe super. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und vorhandenem Inventar gab es nichts zu meckern. Aber Achtung bei der Vor-Ort-Zahlung von Energie und anderen Leistungen. Uns wurde zu Beginn eine Vorauszahlung in Rechnung gestellt, die wir bar bezahlt haben. Darin Reinigung, Hundeaufschlag, Bettwäsche,...

"Das Haus ist groß, aber etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet. Großer Tisch, dafür aber nur ein zweier Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die zwei Doppelbetten waren gut, aber könnten etwas größer sein. Sehr altes Haus, Heizung wie Leitungen und Toiletten benötigen dringend eine Generalsanierung. Auch das restliche Haus könnte etwas renoviert bzw. Einiges erneuert werden. Fast alle Leitungen tropfen, oder sind undicht. Heizung ist auch ausgefallen, jedoch kümmerte sich die Agentur und der durch sie informierte...

"This was an amazing property. Myself and 7 others checked in for a long weekend away. We were all blown away at how beautiful the house and garden were. We spent the weekend relaxing in the garden, using the pool and sauna, eating outside and having movie nights. The setting is so idyllic. The property is tucked away in the countryside overlooking a vineyard. It is about 20 minutes in a taxi from the city centre which makes it easy to get to. Remember to bring cash for the taxi as the internet...

"Die Beschreibung des Objektes könnte besser sein. Wlan nur im oberen Geschoss vorhanden. Klimaanlage nur in der Küche vorhanden. In der unteren Wohnung keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Warum man die beiden Wohnungen nicht mit einander verbunden hat ist unverständlich. Die Liegestühle sind für Leute mit Gelenkproblemen nicht geeignet."

"Beautiful views and very quiet. Family very friendly and welcoming. Lots to do in the area. The nearby swimming pool is great on hot days! One minor issue is that it would be nice to be able to buy basics eg bread locally. (We ended up driving to local town 1 mile away). Apart from that, all in all a great place to stay."

"Stayed at Nico’s house for 5 nights. Chose the house for its quirkiness and the view of lake Garda from one of the bedrooms/studio was wonderful. House well equipped and lovely shower. Would say that property not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. Access from public parking is also via about 30-40 steps and a short walk to the house. Would have liked it more if there had been a garden to sit in. The roads up to Gaino from Toscalano are...

"We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. My three year old grandchild told me the morning we were leaving…”unpack nana we are staying longer”. Thank you Renate and your husband you are the best host!"

"We loved the gardens and terraces. Fornello is a very peaceful village away from the business of the Lake. Gargnano is a lovely town to explore and to sit by the Lake. A wonderful holiday "

"We loved staying at the Affi house! It's in a great location - quiet village and drive-able to do many things (Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, etc.) Our children loved playing with the toys in the home as well as playing in the yard. We enjoyed the hikes up the mountain at the end of the street. I would definitely stay again. Maria and Paolo were so kind and helpful. They accommodated our early morning flight and met us for check in based on our schedule."

"Ideal for getting away from it all (we went on honeymoon) tucked away from the crowds. Ideal for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. It has a lovely outdoor space for sitting in the sun or shade of the olive tree. My one suggestion for improvement would be better directions / labelling of the property as it took us ages to find. The other one would be it needs some tea towels! Thanks Serena for being a wonderful host."
