The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore - especially access to the beach . It felt like the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, with beautiful surroundings that made every day feel like a getaway.The house itself was outstanding. The amenities were truly top‑tier — from the well‑equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, thoughtful touches, and all the extras that made it feel like a home away from home. You can tell the owners put real care into making sure guests have everything they need for a relaxing, stress‑free stay.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our entire visit. They were responsive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better.We loved our time at Finlandia and would happily return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Avon."

"We had such a great stay here for spring break in Avon! The house had so many fun games and things to do, which made it perfect for hanging out and relaxing together. The outdoor space was amazing and the hot tub was an awesome amenity to have, especially at night with the lights and TV.It’s also a super quick walk to the beach, which was really peaceful during the off-season. There are also some great coffee shops within walking distance, which was a nice bonus in the mornings.The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could ever need, which made cooking at the house really easy. Just make sure to bring your own bath and beach towels!One thing to note if you’re visiting in the off-season is that a lot of the restaurants and ice cream shops nearby are closed for the season, but that also makes the area feel more relaxed and uncrowded. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!"
