"The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice."

"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"We had a great time at this beautiful apartment and the layout worked well for both group time and privacy for a few different families looking to spend the weekend together. The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect."

The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend...

And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. "This property is in a great location. This property has most definitely NOT been refurbished. The furniture is awful, uncomfortable, and old. The beds squeak. The AC units are horribly loud. The bathroom is badly in need of renovation. The hosts are non-responsive. They didn't bother to leave enough toilet paper, trash bags or any dishwasher detergent. We actually did enjoy our stay but know what you are getting before you stay."
