The charming retro feel of this property is sure to please. The entry level features all three bedrooms, the first being the master with a large king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The guest bathroom and laundry separate the master from the guest bedrooms allowing for privacy. The first guest bedroom has a double and twin bed with flat screen TV. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and private deck entrance, a great place to sip your morning coffee.
The main living area has a complete kitchen and dining for six with additional seats at the bar. The spacious living room has two large couches, wood burning fireplace and a deck with views of the Beaver Creek valley. Above the living room is the loft which is equipped with two twin beds and a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area. Beaver Creek village is located a short drive from the community and the free dial-a-ride service will pick you up from your front door and take you to the village and back if you desire. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool in the summer or community hot tub perfect for relaxation after a long bike ride or day on the slopes.
You can't beat the location or the space you get in these town homes. While you stay in Ridgepoint, you'll have access to amenities like hiking trails, pool (for summer use only), hot tub and tennis courts. In addition, the complimentary resort shuttle which offers transportation anywhere in the resort as well as, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead Village. Just to name a few of the fun things in store for you on your vacation!

The SkyRun Advantage: All SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Great Location

Perfect for 2 families. The location has access to lower Bachelor Gulch lift. As you can tell from the pics its a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. Does need more glassware for a place this size.

Furnishings very dated. Main TV was an approximate 28" tube type from the 80's or 90's. Was only a two bathroom, thought we were getting a 3 bath unit.

The condo was very dark, the appliances (kitchen and living room TV) very antiquated, and the property should not be advertised as ski in/out because it is not. There are other issues, too, all the fault of the owner, not the management company that handles rentals.

Clean but Dated. 3.5 Stars with potential

This was our 8th stay at different Ridgepoint condos. The condo was very clean (great housekeeping), however extremely dated. The main TV was a console with a bad picture. All the blankets were rough and OLD! It was freshly painted but the wall decor, bedding and emerald green carpet was straight out of 1980! Spend some money on updates and it will make a huge improvement. The bulbs in the lamps were missing or just out, and it was hard to figure out how to turn on the lamps in the bedrooms. On the brighter side, the heater works like a charm, and we were offered to extend our stay for 1/2 price rate/day. We will stay at Ridgepoint again as we love the free shuttle and location, and would consider this condo if updated.

Comfortable but needs updating.

Love Ridgepoint! Condo was comfortable - good couches, beds, etc. Keyless entry and ski locker with the same code makes access super convenient. But all the appliances are pretty old. When was the last time you saw an analog counter on a microwave? HVAC sytem is loud and thermostat is also analog so quite imprecise - easy to be too hot or too cold. Dishwasher is also old but loads well and works fine, ditto the washer but the dryer takes a long time. Also it has a wood burning fireplace, which is nice and works fine, but we had to call for more wood after one fire, so it’s not as convenient as gas, which most RP properties have. Finally, the reminder to reuse the towels is great, but there is almost no place to hang them. The bathroom doors need hooks! Still, it served our purpose and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. RP is always good value and this unit was no exception.

Nice - but a little outdated

Comfortable stay. The property is in need of some updates to the appliances, but overall the price was right and the location was pretty good. It's a bit of a hike to ski in and ski out, but again - the price was right. I'd definitely stay there again.

Ideal condo for anyone traveling to Avon

This was my first stay in Avon, as well as first time skiing Beaver Creek. I can not over emphasize what a great property this is. Ski in-Ski out made accessing the mountain simple, as well as coming back to the unit for lunch. Our party had a blast, and LOVED Beaver Creek as well. What a classy town! We will be back in Ridge Point next year.
