This home gets two Fins Up! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors, this two-level, canal-front home offers a world of fun right outside your door.

The spacious, furnished deck is the perfect respite after a day on the water, offering built-in seating to help you relax and unwind. Or, you can take in the lovely cove, sound, and sunset views from the second-floor living room, also known affectionately as the sunset lounge.

When it's time to retire for the evening, choose among four inviting bedrooms, including a queen primary bedroom. Additional amenities include six TVs, six DVD players (two are Blu-rays), and high-speed WiFi for your laptop.

With plenty to do both on and off the water, you'll want to return to Fins Up year after year.

One double kayak and two single kayaks are available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Refrigerator stopped working 1st day we were there. Someone dropped off a small (dorm size) refrigerator that would old even a 3rd of the food we bought. Never got it working during the whole week. Lost around $159 of food. Rental company also just randomly changed the door code so some people were lock out for hours.

The house was nice. However, I was hoping to be able to use the dock for my boat. The water is roughly mid -thigh deep. Also, the picture shows a ramp right beside of the house and that is no longer the case. There were other options but they were not ideal either. Also, there is a separate charge for the dogs.

Fins Up is a well appointed and cared for house. Spent many evenings at the very large dining table enjoying each other’s company. Great access to the water and the sound. This house is situated in the best part of Avon if you enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking. The deck is great.

Fins Up is a charming cottage that sits right on the canal front. It was very clean, and well-maintained. The windows are large, providing beautiful, panoramic views. The kitchen was stocked with everything one might possibly need...and the cooking implements were of high quality. But the real star of the property is the view. It was cloudy and windy for the first four days of our visit, but when the sun was finally out, we were treated to the most beautiful sunsets, both from the deck, and in the aptly-named "Sunset Lounge" room on the second floor. We highly recommend FIns Up.
