This cozy, riverfront condo in Avon is perfect for couples, families, and groups, offering lots of space, easy access to skiing, and lovely mountain views.

About three miles from Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the Mountain Stream complex, this rental gives you good access to dining options, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

This home has a retro-cozy feel with brightly painted walls and wood panel accents. The living room has a nice leather sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and a large, flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and a DVD library. There's also a CD player, iPod dock, and WiFi access. This home also has a selection of adult and kids' games.

The dining area seats four and leads to a small patio with views of the Eagle River. The breakfast bar seats two more, and has everything you need, featuring plenty of counter space and standard appliances, including a dishwasher.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to seven guests (four adults) comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. There's also a private washer/dryer.

In the winter, head to Beaver Creek Ski Resort for snowboarding, snowshoeing, and downhill and cross-country skiing. In the summer, check out Beaver Creek Golf Course, go mountain biking or hiking, or take in the annual Wine Festival in August, and reserve a spot at one of the area's white-glove wine excursions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
