Cottage with a maximum capacity of 20 people, with a total area of 220 m2 divided into two buildings spaced 5 meters apart.
He offers :
• Ground floor: 7 rooms - 2 living rooms with equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate WCs
• Floor: 4 rooms - 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds each, 2 mezzanine bedrooms with each a sofa bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed for 1 person, 2 bathrooms.
The cottage also has two terraces with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a private heated outdoor spa.

It is located in a bucolic setting, with a lake at 200m and possibilities for walks within the 4 hectare property.
Located in the heart of the Mont-Saint-Michel bay region, the location of the gîte allows you to discover the attractions of the coast and Norman heritage.

Comfortable gite, but difficult for English-only speakers

We spent two nights at the gites with a group of 20. We don't speak French, but we wanted to see Mont Saint Michel. The manager didn't speak English, so we had a communication problem from the beginning. We needed sheets , and the cleaning fee did not seem optional, so the cost was higher than I anticipated from the ad. The gites were clean and secure. There was ample dishes for cooking and meals. The setting was bucolic with cows in the adjacent field. It is very close to shopping, But if I were to stay there again I would make sure everyone in my group had sleeping bags or brought their own bedding. It's a summer camp type of setting.

Très loin de toutes activités surtout de la mer.Forfait de l’électricité insuffisant pour la période d’automne.Humidité dans le gîte radiateurs energivores nous n’avons donc pas chauffé pour n’a pas avoir une sur facturation d’électricité.Difficile de faire sécher du linge.Matériel de cuisson inadapté pour 10 personnes.Lattes de lit cassées état de propreté limité.Aucune volonté du propriétaire pour renouveler les équipements.État de propreté douteux des couvertures.Gîte vieillissant nous sommes très déçus.Nos petits enfants sont tous rentrés malades.

Fin de séjour spa pris en option 300euro . Panne au bout de 2 jour puis réparé le lendemain eau à 25% . Chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans chambre et sdb. Lampe dans salon non fonctionnel obligé de rappeler le propriétaire pour avoir plusieurs ampoules donc nous avons remplacé nous même et à la fin 90 euro d électricité en plus de la location aucun geste du propriétaire. Location à éviter

Très bon emplacement pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel. Bonne taille pour 10-12personnes. Bien équipé. Manque juste un reste de liquide vaisselle ou de sel ou un torchon car c'est un village gîte donc il ne reste rien des précédents locataires , à savoir. Bon équipements extérieurs pour faire jouer les enfants. Petit plus bien apprécié : le jacuzzi. Petit souci de ménage à notre entrée sur les lieux.

Emplacement qui est tres bien situé pour une excursion au mont saint Michel. Attention car le logement n est pas isolé ( presence de plusieurs maison de location juste à coté) Presence d un jardin tres agréable et jeux pour les enfants. Par contre logement est poussiéreux, et tres tres mal isolé.

Logement au calme, en face d'un petit ruisseau et d'un champs avec des vaches. Très grand logement, idéal en famille ou entre amis (nous étions en famille avec 10 personnes). Très grande table intérieure et extérieure, grand salon tout le monde à pu s'asseoir sur le canapé du salon Je conseille vivement !

Lieu idéal, cadre reposant à la campagne Gîte non adapté aux enfants : le jardin n’est pas clôturé et un ruisseau passe au fond du jardin Dommage que les plancher ne soi pas isolé pour limiter les bruits entre les 2 étages Logement peu équipé : pas de papier toilette, sac poubelle, papier alu, pas de balance de cuisine… il faut tout emmener En revanche très bon accueil et prix très correct

Agréable gite en pleine nature

Joli gîte. Balades à pied juste en sortant du gîte. Mont St Michel à environ 30 mn. Equipement correct mais il manquait quelques casseroles et le mixer était HS (celui des voisins aussi). Lave-vaisselle silencieux, très appréciable ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un minimum de produits nettoyants à dispo (vinaigre blanc tout simplement et quelques pastilles LV).

Très mauvaise prestation. Linge founi défectueux, serviettes rêches Pas coquet aucune attention particulière pour le visiteur. Je n'avais pas l'impression d'être dans un gîte de qualité ( douche avec bouton poussoir sans pouvoir régler l'eau. Débit kwatt pris à l'arrivée et au départ avec paiement d'un surplus si dépassement des 17 kwatt autorisée, même quantité hiver comme été) Très protocolaire alors que la prestation est en dessous de tout pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup et avons eu beaucoup d'expérience. Je ne vous recommande pas.

Un bel endroit pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis. Spacieux, dans la nature mais proche d'un centre commercial en même temps. Belles pièces, rangements dans les chambres. Pour les points négatifs, le manque de rangement dans la cuisine, l'odeur des canalisations du jacuzzi et l'isolation phonique, mais rien d'insurmontable.

Semaine fanfare normande

Deux gîtes très pratiques, spacieux et confortables, parfaitement adaptés à une semaine entre fanfarons (20 étudiants, médecine Créteil). Les barbecue, terrain de pétanque, de volley, tables de ping-pong auront été très appréciés ! Une belle étendue de jardin avec terrasses ont également pu héberger les répétitions quotidiennes sans encombre. Sans oublier le jaccuzzi, pouvant accueillir 5 jeunes éteintés pour une fin de soirée détendue. À 5 minutes en voiture des grandes surfaces, 10 minutes de la plage la plus proche, une trentaine de minutes du Mont Saint Michel, ce gîte aura fait le bonheur de chacun des membres des Parking Sounds. Un hôte très accueillant et abordable nous aura permis une arrivée et un départ en confiance. Merci pour cette excellente semaine !
