The hotel has its excellent location right on Motomachi shopping street, just a short walk from Motomachi Station and close to restaurants, shops, Chinatown and other attractions — making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring Kobe on foot.The beds are not small at all. "

"Everything keeps in the brand standard it suppose to be. Large and cozy room and nice view. Close to train station. One drawback is the room decoration amd facilites such as a/c control is outdated, renovation and refurbishment are definitely in needed."

"Hotel Okura is beautiful. I loved my view of the harbor from my room with the sparkling waters every morning. The location is very central to some popular tourist attractions including Meriken Park and it was very easy to get around on foot. We were able to visit the shopping malls nearby -- no more than 15 minutes away from the hotel. There are beautiful views very close by the hotel. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here agin."
