Great apartment in ideal center for spa treatments, peaceful stay

Rent a newly renovated apartment in the residence "Mercadal" located in a pedestrian street in downtown AX THE SPA, a few steps from the gondola and the thermal baths (thermoludic baths and medical spas / contracted with social security) -300 metres-

The accommodation comprises:
-with bright room with two beds (1 bed 140 * 190, 1 bed 90 * 190 with a trundle bed) and a large fitted wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows
- A main room (living room / fully equipped kitchen oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, extractor hood, fridge, raclette) equipped with a sofa bed (140 * 190), d a table for six, an LCD 80cm.
-with bathroom (Italian shower) and a toilet, a washing machine, iron, drying room.

The apartment is on the third floor accessible by lift. All amenities are at the bottom of the residence (butcher, bakery, supermarket, etc .....)

Bel appart très bien situé dans centre ville

Appartement conforme au descriptif et propre. Petit regret de la Sdb très petite qui impose d’avoir les pieds quasi dans la douche quand on est aux toilettes mais gérable pour 1 semaine. 😀Très bon accueil et disponibilité du gestionnaire .

Perfect location for skiing but tiny, basic and difficult communication

PROS * 100m from cable car to ski village * 250m from thermal baths (expensive but wonderful) * Plenty of shops and eateries a few minutes walk CONS * Communication: First issue was accessing the property which led to us waiting outside for an hour. Despite claiming to speak English on the site, the owner only texted us in French and Google translate became a lifeline. He also uses a local man to check you in and out who speaks no English at all. * Had to take own pillow cases, sheet, duvet cover and towels, as well as clean the place ourselves at check out * Dark apartment as only glass was the front door (as shown in main photo) but people walk past that so you keep curtains closed all day * 3rd floor and lift didn't work whole 5 days * Tiny place with too much furniture - enough beds for 6 people to stay and a large kitchen table in the equivalent space of a large studio flat - and differently arranged to the photos making it feel smaller and darker * Basic kitchen and very cramped

Dans dans l’ensemble appartement propre et correct

Nous n’avons pas pu profiter entièrement de notre séjour. Les points positifs : situé en centre ville proche de tous commerces. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Cuisine équipée. Points négatifs : appartement prévu pour 4 à 6 personnes, pas vraiment... nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants et nous étions juste alors j’imagine même pas à 6. La salle de bain pas vraiment pratique une douche avec le toilette juste derrière le rideau. La machine à laver pratique mais pour 4 personnes quasiment pas de place pour etandre le linge. Mais surtout l’annonce précise qu’il y a un « ascenseur » alors que c’est un monte charge qui n’a fonctionné que le premier jour pour monter les bagages, et trois étages à pieds tout les jours avec un escalier bruyant c’est pas top pour les voisins lorsque l’on monte et descend plusieurs fois par jour.

Séjour vraiment réussi à Ax les Thermes

Sommes ravis des 3 semaines passées à Ax les Thermes. L’appartement admirablement situé en plein centre permet de tout faire à pied et il correspond à la description qui en est faite. Nous sommes également satisfaits des soins prodigués. Expérience à renouveler certainement.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement au coeur d'Ax et proche de tout (commerces, remontées mécaniques, thermes), calme (dans une petite rue semi-piétonne) et bien équipé. La chambre est spacieuse et les couchages sont de qualité. En contrepartie, pour une famille de 4 personnes, on se sent vite à l'étroit dans le reste de l'appartement (salle d'eau et pièce principale), et dormir dans le canapé-lit nécessite quelques aménagements.

Ma fille a été très satisfaite de son séjour . L'appartement est situé dans un environnement central animé , achalandé et pittoresque . Il est très fonctionnel .Seul l'accès extérieur -porte donnant sur la rue - a besoin d'être sécurisé par une réfection des serrures et des clefs.Nous désirons renouveler l'expérience .

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Ax-les-thermes, dans cet appartement idéalement placé au centre de Ax, aux pied des télécabines menant à la station de Bonascre. Appartement sympa en centre-ville d'Ax, proche de toutes les commodités. L'accueil de mr Delacroix était cordial, il nous a fourni les explications nécessaires à notre séjour. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé, juste un petit problème de distribution d'eau chaude à la salle de bains. Idéal pour 4 pour de long séjour pour y être plus à l'aise.

Super week-end en amoureux

Appartement très propre, rénové au goût du jour. Il est superbement situé au centre ville, a 2 pas des commerces ( boulangerie - épicerie..... ) Secteur très calme, logement très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien. Monsieur MARTIN est très arrangeant et disponible. Les thermes, le petit casino et les randonnées nous ont bien occupés. Je l'ai conseillé à mes parents et mes proches ....

Très bon séjour

Le séjour a été parfait. La location était très propre, entretenue, et je disposais de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour la cuisine etc. L'emplacement est parfait, plein centre d'un village magnifique. M. Martin a été vraiment arrangeant et très attentif à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux. J'ai découvert l'Ariège et , bien sûr, j'envisage de revenir !

Très bon séjour estival en famille

Appartement en centre ville, bien placé, bien équipé, propre et agréable. Le propriétaire nous avait fourni toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre arrivée et nous avons été accueillis pas une personne sur place qui nous a indiqué quelques bonnes adresses. Très bons souvenir. On recommande.
