In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar, bakery 400 m, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, bathing lake "Natterersee" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Please note: Property ref. AT6094.260.1 is situated on the same property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is centrally located, but in a quiet location facing the street. The carport for 2 cars has an internal height of 2 meters. A Finnish log cabin (AT6094.260.1) can be booked directly in the neighborhood.

It was warm and clean and well-equipped. It was close to the busstop to Innsbruck. A very friendly man met us with the keys. We enjoyed our stay.

Alles war in ordnung. Tolle umgebung, ideal zum wandern, aber auch der Stadt zu besuchen (mit konstenloses transport, dank die Welcome Karte).Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein.Alles war super sauber, nur die Handtucher muestten mal auf 95 grad gewachen werden, da sie muffig waren.

Tolle Unterkunft für Leute mit wenig Platzbedarf

Zimmer in schöner Umgebung mit Kochgelegenheit und kleinem Garten mit Grill. Nicht sehr gross, doch mit allem ausgerüstet, von Kühlschrank bis WLAN. Unter der Woche Busse nach Innsbruck im Viertelstundentakt.
