"I had to come to town for something unfortunate.My stay reminded me of an old town feel from when I was a child. Old big oaks azalea bushes and the wet smell of oak leaves from the rains. The home is very nice and cozy and decorated with class. The front porch with a rocker was a nice relaxing touch. Best of all I have fibromyalgia and hurt in most beds. I felt like I was in my own, and didn't suffer. Thank you for making this home available."

"We were in town for our youngest daughter’s graduation at South. This home had perfect proximity to downtown where we had most of our meals and gatherings. It is also easy to hop on the interstate and get to campus. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our older daughter and her husband who were also with us enjoyed their morning jog through the historic district. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!"

An historic home in a historic neighborhood. A safe/secure neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other. When we got home every time from a long day of meetings, it felt like coming home vs just a place to stay. "DON’T STAY HERE. Property manager met us. She was embarrassed by all the broken glass outside and the second house was not cleaned at all (nor the bathrooms in main house although new towels were provided). She mentioned she took 42 pictures of the second house for the owners. The batteries for the lock went out on the second house before the manager left but were never replaced leaving the house inaccessible. She mentioned she would speak with ownership but after two weeks we had heard...

"Beautiful histiorical home in downtown Mobile. The host was very easy to get in touch with and quick to reply to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place. The beds were so soft and comy you almost dont want to get up in the mornings. Clean, safe with a privacy fence around the while property and your car is parked off the road behind the privacy fence. Well worth it! Thanks to Johnathan for being so hospitable"

"This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together....
