"Taylor hotel is amazing. Absolutely wonderful every single staff member. Service was outstanding. Room was comfortable. We were in Bilbao during festival. There were a lot of people on the streets near hotel during the night. However, soundproofing was so good that we did not hear anything. Hotel provide voucher for free drinks from their bar, and it was good. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We loved Bilbao. Hotel is in the old town, conveniently located. We strongly recommend Taylor hotel."

"Lovely clean and upgraded room. Given Premium room in lieu of Superior one, which was a little larger. Breakfast was very good. Roof top bar excellent. Location ideal for exploring and near to shops, Old Town and Guggenheim. Would recommend to anyone."
