For dining out, the local town of Ayamonte provides a vast array of traditional and contemporary restaurants to cater for all palates and if you prefer Portuguese cuisine you can hop across the bridge in minutes to Catro Marim, Villa Real de San Antionio, or Monte Gordo amongst others.

The property is two bedroom apartment with a large wrap around balcony of up to forty square metres which is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or dining. In addition there is a large private roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase.
The apartment is serviced by a lift from the ground floor and on entering through the front door into a small hallway which then opens up to the living area and lounge. The kitchen is also accessed from the hallway through a half glazed door on the left and is self contained from the living area.
The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite facilities whilst the second bedroom consists of two single beds with access across the hall to the shower room.
The Lounge area consists of a small dining table with 4 chairs should you require to escape the sun and dine inside. There is also a reclining arm chair to relax in whilst reading or watching television along with a large sofa which is easily converted to another bed when required.
There is a modern kitchen fully appointed with a large fridge/feezer, built in oven, ceramic hob, built in dishwasher, built in microwave, and an Nespresso coffee machine with local supermarkets supplying a range of compatible pods to your taste. The kitchen also has an extending table with six chairs for dining if and where required.
A small utility area adjacent to the kitchen houses the gas boiler and washing machine which allows access to the large balcony.
The apartment is served by air conditioning and heating, with a remote controlled flame effect fire in the lounge area should it be required in the cooler months. There are also oil filled radiators available in the bedrooms should they be required.
All rooms provide access to the terrace which provide a bright and airy feel to the apartment when opened up, but if the weather is too hot there are roller shutters and louvered doors to keep it in shade if required.
