"The owner was great to communicate with. Check in was easy and hassle free! You have all you need to be comfortable. Staples in the kitchen, bath and laundry. Even left fresh cut flowers and cookies! We didn't travel with small dogs but this property is great for anyone with a small dog! There is a fenced in section you can use to put your dog in to have a place to roam. Area was quiet and well lit. Close to the downtown shops of Ayden. Also, close to Greenville and ECU. Would stay here again if...

"A group of family/friends enjoyed our stay at this house for the ECU Regional Baseball Tournament. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the ballpark. The house had 5 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living space for everyone to gather. The patio/sunroom area was a nice area for the early risers to catch up while others slept in undisturbed. We enjoyed a short walk 1/2 mile to town where there is a brewery and a couple of restaurants. The house has plenty of parking with dual driveways on both sides...
