We loved staying at the Ripplecove. The grounds and the property were amazing. Beautiful one bedroom condo with state of the art appliances and gorgeous views of Lake Massawippi. Cannondale bikes and electric bikes were included with our stay, which were amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The concierge was great and so full of energy and positivity. Also kayaks, stand up paddle boards and pedal boats were included. So much fun!!!! Great biking trails and hiking trails.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The view and property is extraordinary and peaceful. Super pretty! Our suite was spacious and quite nice - the shower was very tiny for such a large bathroom, but fine.
The tennis court access was superb - we loved it. The front desk staff was inconsistent. There was a bell to call someone the first day, but then the bell disappeared. I waited for almost 5 minutes one afternoon calling “hello” before someone emerged from the back office. That seemed unusual at a 5 star resort.
The food and service in the restaurant was lovely. Overall, a very nice stay.
We had such a wonderful stay at Ripplecove! We were there with our two kids, and it was the perfect mix of relaxing and family-friendly. The property is beautiful, the lake views are stunning, and there was lots for the kids to do. The staff were welcoming, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!
The property itself is beautiful and so are the rooms! The cleaning staff is great and everything was clean. We had dinner and lunch and both the bistro and restaurant lack vegetarian options. The food was fine, but we felt there was little option and the prices were astronomical for what it was. The service was friendly but no one really went above and beyond. We also wish that the TVs in the room had smart tv so we can watch ours shows in the night time because there is not much else to do around the night time.
It was a very nice room with a lovely view. The amenities at the hotel are excellent although we didn’t really use them as the weather was cool. We found the dining room extremely expensive. On the first morning (Sunday) they only offered brunch from a buffet. We don’t eat large breakfasts so we ende up paying $160 for two breakfasts which we thought extortionate. We had one dinner in the main dining room. The mal presentation was very good but the portions were small, the service was very slow, the food was cool to cold and the price very high. We ate in the bistro from then on which was OK and more reasonable. When we arrived, I asked about a meal plan but was told it was not available because we had booked with Expedia. As it happens, that turned out to be a good thing.
Clean, large room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Prefer full shower enclosure versus half glass wall. Like scent of toiletries provided. Love pool, hot tub, water crafts, bikes, sitting areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views.
The property was beautiful and exceptionally well designed, with something for everyone. We stayed in one of the new condos, which offered a stunning view of the lake.
Our condo was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a cozy sitting area, clean and comfortable furnishings, and a wonderful bed. The outdoor sitting area was also furnished beautifully and was a lovely place to relax and take in the view.
The condo featured a small but very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything we needed for our stay.
We dined at both The Cove Bistro and Le Riverain. The food at Le Riverain was exceptional. The chef is truly creative, and the presentation of each dish was impressive. The outdoor dining area at Le Riverain is right on the lake and features heated floors and ceiling heaters, making it a very comfortable place to dine even when the weather is cooler.
The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, and the service overall was excellent. We also understand that Ripplecove is planning to expand its spa, which will be a wonderful addition to the many services and amenities already offered.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give Ripplecove a 10/10. We look forward to returning!
The room was fine as was the view. The food was magnificent.
The pool area needed work.
On our second day , we were awakened by very noisy neighbors in the early morning, not very pleasant.
The staff were efficient,
My husband and I came here for a relaxing getaway right after our wedding. The property itself was very nice, clean, cozy, and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.
The main reason we chose this hotel, however, was for the spa and a couples massage. Unfortunately, booking a massage was quite difficult, as appointments need to be booked directly with the massage therapist, who is often unavailable to speak because she is with another client. We called about a week before our stay and were told she would call us back. After not hearing back, we called again and were told she was in a massage and would call us afterward. When she eventually called, the connection was unfortunately so poor that we could barely hear her.
When we arrived, we asked the front desk about booking our massages but were told they could not access the spa schedule and that we would need to wait until the massage therapist was available. By the time we were able to connect, there were no couples massage appointments available, which was the main reason we had chosen the hotel.
Overall, the property is lovely, but I think a more accessible and streamlined system for booking spa treatments would greatly improve the experience!
We recently stayed at Ripplecove Hotel & Spa as a family of three visiting from New York City, and it exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the lobby service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The property is stunning, with beautiful lake views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with an amazing lake view. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, down to the smallest details.
We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas by the lake—it felt like a private retreat. Canoe and pedal boat activities were fun, and riding electric bikes through nature was a highlight.
Dining and breakfast were also excellent, both in quality and service.
What made this stay special was the perfect balance of luxury and a relaxed, family-friendly feel.
We left refreshed and already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended for couples and families seeking a peaceful getaway. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience.
