"Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist saw my state of exhaustion and just gave me the key to go rest and asked to complete the formalities later. One important feature in my case is the 24 hours reception desk which is not as common in here like in the US. Also the place have quite a good choice of restaurants around at walking distance. We try "le people" and it was pretty good."

"Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!"

"La décoration de la maison est a revoir et la climatisation est dans le couloir et dans la pièce principale, mais pas dans les chambres directement. L'une des chambres est dans une annexe, a l'écart, avec une entrée indépendante (c'est un avantage ou un inconvénient, suivant comment on le voit). Celle là a une climatisation. La grande terrasse ombragée est un réel plus: on y passe le plus clair de son temps! Un régal! Le jardin est immense mais la configuration fait qu'on le voit a peine, qu'on n'en profite pas du tout. C'est dommage d'avoir tout construit à l'entrée de la proprieté et d'avoir ce grand terrain derrière, non utilisé. La propriétaire répond immédiatement a toutes les questions et elle est très sympathique, dévouée.La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner et il y a beaucoup de vaisselle. Par contre, le barbecue au charbon est très moyen.Pas de linge de maison mais la propriétaire nous a aidé a le louer dans une blanchisserie locale.La plage la plus proche de la maison est très laide et des galets qui font mal aux pieds. Il faut prendre le voiture pour aller vers les magnifiques plages a 10 minutes. Par contre, la place du Village, le glacier, la boulangerie, la petite epicerie, ou encore la pharmacie, tout se fait a pied! "
