We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is modern and very comfortable, and the pool area is fabulous. The staff could not have been more attentive. An absolute jewel.

The hotel is very new and super maintained. The pool is simply perfect, the rooms are comfortable with great AC and a cozy bed. The staff is helpful and nice, very eager to give you a good experience. The gym is not finished so not really usable but you can manage with what is there. The spa is nice and the massages were amazing. All in all I would definitely recommend and would love to come back

Me budde 7 netter på The Nines. Det er eit flott og nytt hotell, men det merkast at det framleis er i oppstartsfasen; dei øvre etasjane blir ikkje ferdigstilte før neste år. Frukosten var god, men service-nivået var i overkant intenst. Servitørane rydda bort tallerkener og koppar før me var ferdige, og det var litt tungvint å måtte be om både kaffi og juice i staden for å hente det sjølve på buffeen. Hotellet har òg eit veldig strengt reglement: Med ein gong du kom til resepsjonen, blei du spurd om du budde der, og det var ikkje lov å ta med gjester som ikkje budde på hotellet opp på rommet. Dette har me aldri oppplevt før, sjølv om me reiser mykje. Samtidig var det fri passasje ifrå garasjen direkte inn i heisen utan krav om nøkkelkort, noko som gjer tryggleiken litt motseiande. Me bestilte rom med bassengutsikt etter å ha lese tilbakemelding at romma mot hovudvegen var plaga av vegstøy. Det blei dessverre ein skuffelse; det gjekk ein konstant dur ifrå nabohotellet ved og i bassengområdet, så det var umogleg å slappe av der eller på terrassen. Heldigvis fekk vi byte rom til den andre sida. Då fekk me litt sjøutsikt og solnedgang, noko som absolutt kan anbefalast. Romma elles er fantastiske, med svært gode sengar og eit smakfullt, flott interiør. Eit 5 stjernes hotel burde og hatt hodepute meny, då hotellputene var i overkant store. Hotellet ligg fint til med 2 minutter til Sandy Bay Beach, mange gode restauranter i område og ein fin gåtur til sentrum.
