"The villa is right by the sea, is spacious, has great internet and air con in all of the bedrooms. Lovely views and sunsets every night. Swimming pool is large and great for families. If you want to spend time in your villa and potter it’s perfect. Only 30 mins to Falasarna beach which is the best we visited - v clear water for snorkelling. "We stayed in the nearby Keramoti villas in 2013. The views, the peace and tranquillity brought us back again but this time to Helios. Helios is bigger and more luxurious. All bedrooms are large and well furnished. The master bedroom on the first floor is superb with its bath tub by the window and it’s only large balcony. "This property has all the high-end amenities you could ask for while away from home and is conveniently located between Chania and Kissamos. You'll also be pampered with the daily delivery of fresh pastries/baked good by the local bakery (the "bread man") just outside the driveway of the property - we enjoyed having a fresh pastry while sipping our morning coffee poolside! The hostess provided excellent restaurant and local site recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had....

"This is a special spot - far far away from all the cares in the world. Our girls enjoyed the pool to the fullest and all had a peaceful and relaxing time, checking out stars and the sea view. The owner's guidance on most items was super helpful and we went to Taverna Gialites every night - more on that below :) and stocked up on food in Kissamos. My only concern is that while the remoteness is magical and I loved that it isn't yet overdeveloped as the north coast - it is a spot to book with...

"We had a wonderful time; the house was gorgeous. We had a beautiful view and the accommodations could not have been better. There were many excellent restaurants with a very short driving distance on the beaches. It was lovely! Our host left us homemade treats and could not have been kinder! A fabulous vacation!"
