"We were the first booking for the season, so felt like we had a the whole place to ourselves. The property, and our villa, were incredible and the views out to the ocean were amazing. Loved our villa and was perfect size for our family. Appreciated the fresh fruit. Our host was there to greet us and communication throughout our entire stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, and it felt so relaxing to enjoy the sun in the Cretan hillside. Only wished we stayed longer!"

"This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package. The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia "

"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...
