"Room was small but lovely. Very noisy at nights which we didnt mind but bare in mind when booking. Breakfast delicious both mornings. Very cluttered with junk in the corridoors and corners which doesn't look great but also could be a fire hazard? Staff really friendly. Good size car park behind. Lovely pub. Great price."

"A lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean and great service. Great food in the bar and all very reasonably priced. Becky in housekeeping provided excellent service in the rooms. It was an ideal place to stay with easy access to Hay and to the cafe in the airstrip. We will return if we go back that way again."

"Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. friendly check in , easy to find. Accommodation was clean everything was in working order. Only thing that would need improvement was the pillows , as they were very soft but this of course is preference. Bedding very thick and too heavy during a heat wave. "We were walking the Shropshire Way and the White Horse was a nice place to fall into at the end of a long day's walk. The food was wholesome and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The bar area was popular with locals celebrating a football match win and this lasted until around 10:00 pm when it all subsided into a gentle placidity. The breakfast in particular was delicious."

"We stayed here for my husbands 'big' birthday. Wonderful location and beautiful barn. The pooches didnt want to leave! Perfect for coming together with loved ones. Fabulous walks and perfect for chilling on the decking listening to birds and watching wildlife. Barn is well equipped, spacious, lovely fireplace and host very welcoming and helpful."
