During my stay, I discovered that the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was damaged, causing leakage and making it very inconvenient to use. I wonder why the housekeeping team did not check the shampoo bottles before the guests checked in. I promptly reported the issue to the front desk, they send someone change immediately ,but upon check-out, I was asked to pay 150 baht for the damaged bottle and 100 baht for the towel cleaning fee.
After explaining the situation to the manager, they only waived the towel fee. However, this handling and the unpleasant communication process did indeed affect my overall experience. I hope the hotel can conduct more thorough inspections of room facilities and ensure staff provide more professional and respectful service, along with showing more understanding and flexibility in customer communication to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Additionally, I requested an extra bed, but the front desk staff responded very rudely, asking me if I wanted it "now," and when I asked if that was possible, she didn't respond. I had to ask three times , other staff come to said yes to me . This kind of attitude from the staff was very disappointing, especially considering it was around 9 PM, not late at all.
