As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach...

"DO NOT STAY at this hotel! It’s nothing looks on the pictures, quite rundown damp with rude workers. Nothing works in the room including the a/c and if it works, it’s controlled by the front desk only. They don’t even give you a second key for your room. Such a disappointing place!!"
