"It was a beautiful hotel inside. Beds are comfortable the only issues I had was I had to hunt down housekeepers to service my room everyday. I found a housekeeper manager in the elevator for help because the ones on the floor spoke no English . Then when they came 2 days out of 5 nights I stayed. They never changed bed to new sheets they just made the bed. ( remote was under the sheets) they brought new bath towels but no tissue when I text for service. They charge $20 daily for self parking when there’s no security. Never will stay here again. Not happy with stay. "

"Got to the room and A/C would not work , they didn’t have anymore rooms to move us , the first desk said maintenance man wouldn’t be able to check it , but they did bring us a little fan "

"Property was ok the room was ok the bathroom was outdated and rust stains and bath tub looked dirty and rusty. Heard a toilet flush by my head all night long couldn’t sleep well. Won’t be going back"

"The hotel is very dated. Although clean and tidy, rooms felt 1980s style with very tired fixtures and fittings. No complimentary water was provided in room but an $12 bottle was on the desk. $12 for a bottle of in room water felt insulting, especially as a Hilton Honors guest. Amenities such as the hairdryer and power outlets etc felt old and wobbly. For the price point and the Hilton brand I felt this fell short of what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties worldwide. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the line to check in was long and I wasn’t offered any help with my large bags on check in or check out. For a short trip this property was fine however I would stay elsewhere for a longer trip and I feel the price point vs the quality provided was not good value for money. "

"Property was clean overall, though we noticed trash in the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable. This is still my go to hotel, but this stay was a little disappointing. Check in was slow as we had to go find the desk clerk. The pool was in terrible shape with brown gunk on the bottom. I've stayed at this property a half dozen time in the past and this was worst condition I've ever seen the pool. Attention to details goes a long way. Hopefully they doll it back up by my next trip."
