"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to

and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"Unfortunately, this place is not in a good neighborhood as the listing stated. The neighbors have 2 pitbulls, 1 German Shepherd mix, 1 Rottweiler, and a small
dog
. These
dogs
bark not stop. When I would come out of the front door, they would run to the iron gate and bark viciously at me. These neighbors had music playing on the weekend until 1 pm.Ella, the host was not forthcoming about her listing. It stated there was parking for 2 cars in the garage. Iconfirmed this on my way to the property....
