A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in Straumsjøen Bø I Vesterålen. Boasting 1 bedrooms at second floor. it's at steep stairway so be careful (se picture). Nice place for socialising and slow days. This cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a couple , or a small family. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and get a feeling about how fisherman live was 100 year ago. This Is a real fisherman cabin from 1890.

Fantastic natural pearl by the Norwegian sea and centrally located in an active fishing community. A coastal path has been built from the sea and the lighthouse. Here you can experience walking towards the lighthouse on a coastal path that flows at one with the landscape. In addition, in winter you can experience fishing boats and the fishing environment. The location is only 1 km from the municipal center (Handkleppveien 26) with most services including medical assistance if needed

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a fiber internet access, but no television. We have desided to have no TV, enjoy a walk along the hash seaside, or go in the mountains just outside the dor. If you feel for relaxing, watch fishermen working outside, or read a book by the fireplace.


There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a double bed and 2 single beds at second floor "attic".


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, and housekeeping will clean when you leave.
