Everything at the property is beautiful, clean, efficient staffs. When you book make sure the communication of pick up and drop off at the airport is clear. I assumed it automatically, no need to confirm because it is included in the booking.

Staff so friendly and smiley all time, Room is more than excellent, many facilities inside, clean bath room, wonder hot shower and bath tube. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, fresh tropic fruits. garden is very beautiful, beach is very private and clean.

the staff were very friedly and welcoming. you share the beach resort with Famina beach resort for free and they were also nice enough to let us use their gym. Recommended for people who want to be close to the beach in s bungalow

I totally recommend this amazing hotel. I booked Deluxe Hill View room but so kind of them, I was upgrade room with Ocean View for free. The room was very comfortable with nice view. I love it so much. Just sitting on the balcony chair, reading my favorite book and having a cup of tea makes me feel so fulfilling

Hotel itself is fine, not too far from night market, <10min taxi ride will get there, behind the hotel within a short walk is a nice beach with massager or bar, I've seen bunch ants around windows in the room, so don't leave any sweet things there. But the worst for some is they are 100% depend on solar water heater, if the hotel is busy, take shower during day time or you won't get any warm water at all, that's the way it is (told by receptionist), but with 30C + 80% humidity, i need to take...

I had a great stay at LaLu hotel in phu quoc. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Any issues you may have is addressed immediately. Also the location is convenient, it's near restaurants, spas, mini marts, and best of all the beach. One of my best stays.

The place is so quiet and peaceful. It has a really nice pool. The staff is amazing too. If you text for room service the guy responds back faster then I can physically type. You have to try the pork ribs they are the best I have ever had.
