Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle. "

For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."
