"Staff were helpful, plentiful and kind. The hotel is brand new and the staff are still finding their feet. The hotel doesn’t yet have a drinks licence which was a shame and they struggled taking payment on check out. A few power cuts too which I guess is normal for such a new property. Airport pickup worked very well and dinner one night on the restaurant was splendid."

"We stayed for one night and checked in about 11pm from a very hectic journey but instead of having a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities, we were working up by Kirtan playing loudly on a speaker for about three hours, which we were informed later that it was being broadcast live from Harmindar Sahib I think the hotel management need to be mindful of guests who may not want to hear this in the early hours of the morning especially when they have booked a luxury hotel for a relaxed stay."

"The experience of our stay was excellent. We have stayed here previously on two occasions and the service remains outstanding. I can recommend this hotel highly, the food and presentation was exquisite. Special thanks to Kuldeep, Jasmeen, Amarjit , Chandra and Rajendra. Apologies if I missed anyone out. Shout out to all the housekeeping staff, amazing. Love the guys on the doors, friendly smiles and respection each time. Going to miss you all, thank you for your hospitality . See you next year."
