"Place was very clean, a bit spartan, which you can tell by the photos. We enjoyed the great location in the River District and we walked to the restaurants and bars every night. We were glad to have parking, and our stay was enjoyable."

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

"I enjoyed the brief stay I had at this motel. Wyndham did a good job refreshing it, and the beds are very comfortable. And the price was unbeatable was around $70 so it was worth it for my needs. I was in an accessible room and could hear people talking in the room next-door, but I plugged my ears."
