Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. "We appreciated the welcome given and also being given a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "
