"I arrived early in the morning off of the sleeper train from Hanoi. They let me drop my bags in one of the shared areas of the property and then let me check into my room early. My room was great, it was the perfect size with a great view of the mountains. The shower was nice and hot…perfect for coming home from the cold rainy weather. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Absolutely love this hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Free breakfast accommodation. Nice pool area. Hotel has a spa. My room had a beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend this hotel."

"We had a room overlooking the street and it was noisy, hearing the sound of people talking outside and vehicles going by despite the windows closed. My sister had a nice room overlooking the rose gardens below and the mountains. However she said she could always hear the person in the next room talking on the phone . It appears the rooms are not well insulated to block out noise. The breakfast , tho a good variety never seemed to be hot even first thing in the morning. Also the list of rules that was explained which I never had any other hotel tell me before eg making sure the sheets were not stained or else there would be a charge . And on check out we had to wait quite some time till the front desk staff radioed her staff to check the room before we were allowed to leave . Meantime our transportation driver was waiting for us . That would have been helpful if it was explained during check in that we should come down maybe 15minutes before checkout so as not to delay our departure ."

"I absolutely loved my stay here and recommended to another traveler I met in Hanoi. The first night in Sapa I stayed at another hotel at the same price (it currently has 8.8 stars) and this was far better. The most comfortable bed in my Vietnam trip and the city view was gorgeous. The staff were so kind. I will absolutely stay again next time."
