Location is great, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was good, prompt shuttle service. I’m glad that I made the right choice. We’ll definitely stay there again. Only comment is, I have to wait for 20 minutes when checking out because they have to check all the towels in the room which is no big deal.

Excellent Staff, very professional and polite. Grounds are well kept and very pleasing. Main pool needs to be better cleaned or filtered, it was always cloudy. I would not hesitate to return for a visit. Quiet and private.

I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Mansion Hotel. This was the 3rd time I stayed here. Tabaco doesn't have many hotels to choose from and this is definitely the nicest one in the town/ It's modern, very clean, a wonderful staff and very quiet since it is not in the downtown area. They also have 2 nice sized restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.

Awesome accommodation

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Prompt service. Location is near to offices, malls and other city landmarks.

The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. Good air con, hot water shower, comfortable bed, good tv programming, quiet night's sleep, good breakfast.

We had left a very fancy hotel in another city before coming here, and we noticed a slippage in the overall maintenance in the back areas of the hotel, but the lobby was excellent overall. The staff made up for any shortcomings by enthusiasm and diligence. They try very hard.
