"It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions. Thank you all for an awesome time."

"Fabulous large room and bathroom, balcony, great air con and amenities in room including robes and slippers. Lovely dining room, very enjoyable breakfast and splendid roof terrace with amazing views over the sights. Friendly, helpful staff, impressive, welcoming entrance and foyer. "We’ve been traveling through Italy in the main cities and this hotel so far has been the best. The staff made it so special, always going above expectation. Restaurant was really good for food too! "The hotel is very modern with a vibrant atmosphere. It had an amazing roof top area with gardens, a large swimming pool, loungers and bar. Its a 10 minute walk from the station, so is slightly away from the central tourist area, however one of the tram lines stops adjacent to the hotel. There's a good gym and the breakfast was great. The check in and communication was quite high tech and efficient, but there were plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand. "
