"We arrived around 6pm so was expecting to use the pin code to obtain room keys, i was greeted by a lovely lady who also helped me with a foot injury, she was also very kind to give us ideas for locations for dinner. We stayed here as it was next door to a course i was attending the next day. The rooms are little outdated but they are clean, they also supply a a very basic cereal, milk, carton of juice and mini musli bar - it was cute, gets you through until you can obtain something more"

The unit address was in the original email,not the apartment numberOn arriving at the apartment the keypad was jammed and could not be openedAfter a long time a neighbour was able to give us the owners phone number who came with another set of keys and confirmed the keypad was jammed Before leaving we conveyed to the owner that one of the beds was broken. The manager wrote to us asking if we had been jumping on the bed or other rough behaviour Abolsolutely offensive. He was inferring that we had broken the bed. He continued to contact us after we told him not to. He also said that becausewe complained about his manner that we were using that as leverage Even thou we hadn't asked for anything.
