"The hotel did not meet the expectations of a Ritz Carlton brand. There was long white dog fur in all the public areas. The hotel was sited for legionares disease in the hot tubs. The staff were rude and not professional at their jobs. Housekeeping came into my room even though there was a do not disturb sign displayed. The management refused to make any compensation for the complaints. The gym was not air conditioned. I got a rash from swimming in the pool. "

"Overall it was good. Appreciate the easy check in and quick response from host. The fireplace will not stay lit. The pilot goes out repeatedly even with the door closed as instructed. We used the outdoor grill so it would have been nice to have the deck swept and grill clean as well as the furniture . The location is great and the kitchen was well equipped. "

"This was our second spring break trip to Beaver Creek and this house on Holden. Everything was spectacular with the house- the well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of space for three families to spread out. The kids loved the pool table and the movie room… the parents loved the main living room space to visit in peace.The new Keurig combo cup/pot machine was a nice touch this year… big hit in the mornings!Thanks Edward, everything was wonderful once again!"

"This was a great place to ski with a family. They had everything we wanted in the condo and ski-in ski-out was perfect for our grandkids. The condo had all the seasonings we ever wanted for our cooking as well. We had access to the Ritz pool and kids loved it. Reed was great giving us all the instructions on how to get to the property and met us there. We are definitely coming back again."

"Spacious condo. Everything was clean with the exception of bedspread in master room. I immediately took it off the bed. I also wasn’t a fan of the spongy pillow in the master bedroom. I get that everyone has preferences. But because we flew from out of state, I wasn’t able to bring my own. Options would have been nice. Location is great and we really appreciated the free shuttle service to anywhere in the village! I wouldn’t call this a ski in and ski out condo. At the end of the parking lot we had to cross country ski style or else carry our skiis quite a distance to get to the ski lift. The outdoor lock closet on the porch was a very nice amenity. We had all that we needed during our stay. I would recommend this condo."
