This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats. There is a bowling alley on the fourth floor which was really fun as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Be aware that there is no airport shuttle as the website advertises though, however the staff will arrange a taxi, make sure to have cash to pay the taxi if...

Stayed here before flying back to KL with a friend after coming back from the Perhentian islands. Very clean hotel, located across from a shopping mall with some nice restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Not far from the airport. Really clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't so good in the room, so I had to step out into the hallway or go into the lobby, but aside from that I would stay there again.
