"Pros: Clean and large room/ easy to adjust thermostat/ clean and safe elevator/ breakfast was decent/ quiet at night even with a pre-teen girl party down the hall/ bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and hairdryer/ location is great for visiting local wineries Cons: TV did not work at first and clerk couldn't help- I had to trouble-shoot it myself, which required climbing up behind it and unplugging and plugging various components/ There was only one evening desk clerk for a full hotel"

"Our stay was absolutely exceptional, and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, and it was clear that the hosts truly care about providing a first-class experience for their guests.What truly sets this property apart, however, is the incredible host. During our stay, I discovered that the diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. As you can imagine, I was devastated. The diamond carries tremendous sentimental value since I was married 30 years this year, and I honestly thought it was gone forever.When I contacted the host, they immediately went above and beyond to help. They took the time to search for the missing diamond and, amazingly, they found it. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help during such a stressful situation meant more to me than I can adequately express.Not only did we stay in a wonderful home, but we experienced a level of care and hospitality that is incredibly rare. I will always be grateful for what they did for me and my family. This wasn't just a great vacation rental—it was a place managed by genuinely wonderful people.Thank you for an unforgettable stay and for turning what could have been a heartbreaking loss into a story of kindness that I will never forget. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to anyone without hesitation."

"We stayed at Grandview in June 2022, and this time was just as wonderful as the first time. Robert continues to be an exceptional host, with timely and appropriate communications. We were happy to be able to see him briefly for a quick chat upon check in. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is complete with all we needed and, although we did not choose to prepare meals other than breakfast, we would have been able to do so with the full refrigerator, full gas stove, microwave, dishes, pans, utensils and dishes. We did enjoy the use of the hot pot, complete with options of different temperature settings for tea, and the french press. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom had features I have come to appreciate through many travels: full tub with a shower with great water pressure and a hand-held fixture; the tub and toilet are in a separate space from the sink, making it convenient for two getting ready. We look forward to a return visit to Grandview!"

Charming renovated historical farmhouse in the heart of wine country!

"The house is a very old renovated historic farmhouse, located in a quiet neighborhood off Main Street, so if you are expecting something super modern, this is not the home for you. It had a lot of charm and reminded me of a beautiful, historic bed and breakfast. It has spacious gathering spaces for your group as well as a beautiful yard. The three main bedrooms are also large, clean, and very beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Only one of the bedrooms had a closet. The bathrooms/showers were both great. There are no en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, plates, cups, Keurig pods, tea bags, etc., but was lacking extra trash bags. There were several steps that you needed to navigate from the living room, to the kitchen, to the laundry room, and to the main bathroom so if you have elderly family members with you, it would not be an ideal location for them. Heating and AC worked well. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Master bath could have used a hair dryer. The washer and dryer worked great but I had to run out and buy laundry pods. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I thought the host had excellent communication. She even let us check in early, which was much appreciated. This home would have a five star rating if it had a hair dryer, extra trash bags, and laundry pods available for use."

"We were in town for a wedding that I was in, and Ben was very accommodating. He allowed us to have an early check in, so that my husband and kids had somewhere to be all day while I was at the venue getting ready. We had everything we needed and more. The price was very good compared to other places, even hotels. If we are ever back in this area, we would definitely stay again. "
