"The staff we pleasant and parking easy. The room was facing the lake which gave us a view of the marina and the lighthouse in the distance. Having a restaurant on site is wonderful for weary travelers."

"The room was simple.. luv that.. Clean freshly painted, Water Pressure was awesome long lasting hot water. The pool was great - very clean . Bring extra towels for pool though."

"We had a good stay at the Courtyard in Westlake, OH. The staff were very friendly including the staff cleaning rooms that we ran into. No issues checking in or out. Some changes that would be appreciated are better pillows. The mattress is firm which I liked but my husband did not- i think that's more of a personal preference. The smoke alarm in our room had this little light that kept flashing so the room would be pitch black and the light would flash every 2 minutes. That was a little annoying until you fell asleep. Some extra care is needed for things like light fixture by the bed that had its cover kind of falling off and the air con could use a clean. Breakfast options were excellent and the morning staff was lovely. Pool was nice to use and open til 11pm which was fun. I would stay here again but maybe bring my own pillow next time."

"The room was very spacious and clean. There wasn’t an iron or hair dryer in our room but luckily I was with another couple and they had an iron in their room. I bought a hair dryer from Walmart across the street. The trash containers at the front door were overflowing and was only emptied day 3 as we were checking out. There was marijuana smell all over the property as we walked around stretching our legs and every time we exited and entered the front door. There was a car that came every evening with very loud music that no one went out and stopped. We didn’t call front desk as we were unsure if they were staff or not. There is no breakfast or pool so be aware. We would have given this a better rating if only rating the room but other than that we could not rate it higher."

"Place is a little dated, although it appears they are redoing somethings. The bathroom had new shower sink toilet and new flooring. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Its tucked away and quiet with plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. Would stay again."
