"The spa and pool are fantastic, especially the heated outdoor pool and the variety of saunas (including one with a terrace view!). We loved the child-friendly pools and the fully protected indoor play area. The hotel had wonderful Christmas/New Year decorations, creating a mood and giving us wonderful photos. The service was outstanding. Our child was delighted by the small toy gift at check-in, and we received complimentary drinks from the mini-bar. Also, we were generously granted a one-hour late check-out. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a wide menu selection and particularly delicious desserts. A minor suggestion for improvement, but we missed having tea offered with dinner (our half-board booking included dinner). The proximity to the Roman tower is a plus. We easily reached the top of the hill to explore and enjoy the beautiful views."

"My wife and I had a great two-night stay at the Movenpick Fruske Residence. The warm weather, water park and saunas made for great relaxing time in a very clean and well-maintained area. We stayed two weeks earlier with our kids, and between our stays, they opened a new pool and grassy area to sun in. The choice of several different saunas was enjoyable. Our room, in the "Residence," one of five hotels in the complex, was spacious, clean, large balcony, refrigerator and stove top burners in case you want to prepare your own food. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"A lovely guest house. A little out of town but easy access by car. Quiet and safe area right on the river bank with beautiful views. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, garden and pool area. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Would highly recommend."
