"This hotel is gorgeous! Smell so clean smell like your in spa.. hotel lobby is huge and clean. Easy check in and friendly and helpful staff. Our room is clean and bed is comfortable, our bathroom is clean and the toiletries smell so good.. Staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. Salute to Aileen in guest relations. The restaurant, food are delicious and many choices same as dinner. Love the fact that it’s walking distance from Terminal 3. And lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool is great tends to be very busy in afternoon. I guess due to The weather these days. Highly recommended! "

"It was my first time traveling with my daughter and our first time staying at SEDA BGC, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent—we actually looked forward to waking up for it each day. We stayed for 9 days and had an absolute blast. This hotel is a great place, though there are a few opportunities for improvement as they continue to grow. While it didn’t bother me much, the bathroom is probably the biggest area for improvement: the shower water pressure was extremely low, the tile grout was chipping, and the tissue holder was slowly coming off the wall. I also noticed there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the mirror to fog up after showers. Overall, I’m very impressed with the staff, especially the food service, and I loved the easy access to everything—airport, shopping, dining, and more—while avoiding the worst of the city’s traffic."

"They allowed an early check in for my husband and son at no cost. This is our second time staying at this hotel. Very clean and just a few steps away from my fave mall MOA. We will surely go back again next year. "
