Herzlich willkommen in unserem stilvoll renovierten Haus im Herzen Bad Aiblings! Sie wohnen bei uns in modernen und hellen Ferienwohnungen mit geräumigen Südbalkonen, die alle einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Kurpark bieten. Obwohl Sie sich mitten in der Stadt befinden, ist es bei uns durch die nach hinten versetzte Lage wohltuend ruhig. Bahnhof, Tourist-Information, Kino, Therme, Bäcker und viele weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Ihr Auto stellen Sie auf unserem hauseigenen Parkplatz ab und so können Sie sich gleich aufmachen, die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, z.B. die Eisdiele, die sich gleich "um's Eck" befindet. Alle Wohnungen sind neu möbliert und modern mit allem Komfort eingerichtet: Fußbodenheizung, Design-Holzboden, Komfort-Lüftung, Flachbildfernseher, W-LAN (kostenlos), privater Südterrassenbalkon mit Sonnenliegen und Essplatz (Blick auf den Kurpark), komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, Massivholzbetten mit Hygienematratzen und - betten, Safe, Fön; Waschmaschine/Trockner und Fahrräder gegen Gebühr. In allen Wohnungen ist getrenntes Schlafen möglich und wenn Sie mehrere Personen unterbringen möchten, können wir zwei Ferienwohnungen zu einer großen zusammenlegen. Sie mieten dann ein ganzes Stockwerk (75 qm) für sich alleine! Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns hierfür persönlich.
In Wohnung 3 (1.Stock; 50 qm) finden Sie auf Ihrem großen Südbalkon (12 qm) mit Blick zum Kurpark zwei Sonnenliegen und einen Essplatz.

Die Wohnung bietet durch ihre neue Möblierung allen Komfort. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Massivholzbetten mit hochwertigen Hygienematratzen), einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Relaxliege, einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine) mit Esstisch und einem barrierefreien Bad.

Die Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Design-Holzboden, Komfort-Lüftung, Flachbildfernseher (Satellit), W-LAN (kostenlos), Stereoanlage, Safe, Haartrockner sowie Bettwäsche und ausreichend Geschirr- und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller.

Wohnung 3 kann zusammen mit Wohnung 4 gemietet werden. Sie mieten dann ein ganzes Stockwerk (84 qm) und haben durch den besonderen Grundriss nur eine Eingangstüre.

Absolut happy

Ein so wunderbar ausgestattetes und so zentrales Appartement hatten wir lange nicht mehr. Frau Heller ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (Was nicht zuletzt an der pittoresken Terrasse lag. )
