For shared use: property 33 ha, trees, meadow. Table tennis, basketball, volleyball court, parking at 100 m. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Twistensee" 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 500 m, minigolf 300 m, children's playground 50 m, fishing possibilities 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. At the bathing lake there is a waterski and wakeboarding facility, a restaurant and a nudist area. E-bike rental in town. Golf clubs are available at the holiday home.

Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Underfloor heating. Large terrace 33 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No company bookings. Bookings only with touristic purpose. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
