"Fascinating architecture -- a textile factory that's been done up. It has exposed ceilings and huge windows. It's clean and the bed is comfortable and the staff are kind and the kitchen was well-equipped, except for the coffee maker. I loath the 'expresso' makers that require a coffee capsule - it's just super-expensive instant coffee that gives you the fake feeling that you're a barista, and the resulting cup is disappointing. The only other thing I disliked about the place is that it's next...

"Die paar Kleinigkeiten waren fehlende Seife und ein nicht geleerter Ascher, sowie Tiefkühlfach könnte sauberer sein. Die Verabeitung im Haus hätte auch besser erfolgen können (Küchentisch schief angebracht)..Das sind für uns aber Kleinigkeiten. Das Ambiente war stimmig."

"We loved our stay in this wonderful setting and home, we greatly appreciated the hosts' excellent organization and their assistance in anything that we needed. "This place was very nice to stay at. I loved it. Great property. My only complaint was I asked if the bedrooms were upstairs because I was traveling with my 88 year old mom and didn't want her to have to climb stairs every day. The whole unit is upstairs. She did fine and was a great sport. The property itself is very nice. We saw all kinds of wildlife every morning. Foxes, pheasants, all types of birds. Andrea the host was very nice and helpful. I would come back"

Great location Hotel .
"As a couple on a few days stay at this hotel it had some pitfalls due to it being really a business hotel with a conference facility. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent as well (especially Reception) but when hordes of business guests arrive/eat/drink in the hotel it gets not very holidayish for us! Overall probably 7 out of 10 as Reception were so good at providing advice and tickets (yes Tram/train tickets) . Parking a bit pricey at 24Euros a day , but it was underground and secure. Location was excellent on the lake and the exterior bar gave great views over the water and many chairs for relaxing in. The Tram stop is just outside and takes you into Potsdam - a very nice town . "
