NIE WIEDER!!!!Wohnung leider ungeputzt angetroffen.Bettwäsche vom Vorgänger!Vermieter mega unfreundlich am Telefon bei erneuter Kontaktaufnahme. Er sagte er würde am nächsten die Reinigungsfirma schicken und uns die Reinigungspauschale zurück überweisen.HAT NICHTS ÜBERWIESEN!!!Daraufhin rief Chef der Reinigungsfirma an. Dieser war sehr freundlich und hat sich für die Umstände entschuldigt.Am nächsten Tag wurde geputzt und der Chef der Reinigungsfirma hat sich mit einem Präsent bei uns entschuldigt.
