"Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."

The rooms are sufficient spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the AC is working fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is available. Parking is possible in two nearby garages. The hotel offers everything for a comfortable stay in central Karlsruhe. "

"Lovely accommodation food really good and great choice of breakfast. The only fault we had is with parking, after having driven 7 hours we found nowhere to park. We had to park on pavement across road, don't rely on parking being available. I think the great location and setting meant other non residents used the hotel parking."
