"The location is excellent, near the train station. The room is very clean. The street and tram noise is constant, but it's fine for a two-night stay. The receptionist told me to take a different street downtown to avoid those sketchy areas. I enjoyed drinking various non-alcoholic German beers around town."

"This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to Frankfurt Main Station to catch any trains to airport or other destinations. The tram stop to travel the city is just steps away. You are surrounded with food and dining options. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Lovely room, with great view over Frankfurt and attached to the Fair, but the bed's sheets didn't smell especially of clean and (this is a smaller detail) a hinge inside a cupboard was damaged. I mention this since the hotel is very expensive when the Fairs are on, and we'd expect to find the room in perfect condition. But overall: the staff was definitely helpful and the hotel is pleasant despite being huge."

"Great location close to FRA. We were disappointed, however, that the advertised shuttle service only drops guests of at Terminal 1. We were departing from Terminal 3, which would have been hauling our heavy luggage via trains and long walks while navigating to the airport. We opted to take a taxi, which the hotel staff arranged. Room was fine, but no A/C."

"The property was a little dated and lacking in a few amenities (a hotpot in the room would have been nice), but it was clean, maintained and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were especially spacious and quiet for the location. We chose it because of the proximity to the train station. The area around the property is a bit seedy. I probably wouldn't take young children there, but there's no real safety issues. Food in the area is amazing, especially the Balkan restaurant. Overall, it was a good deal on what we needed for a few days."
